Frame Menu Bar

This pane represents a menu that combines the application frame title and menu bar. The control keeps all benefits of the docking menu bar (such as customization, menu item wrapping, and right-located specific menu items), but since the caption bar does not occupy the separate row, you can increase the space utilized by the views.

A special static area (with an alternate background color) displays the application name or any custom label with an optional tooltip.
