Toolbar Font and Font Size Combo Boxes

The toolbar font combo box and font size combo box buttons extend the regular toolbar combo box button.

These controls allow selection of a font face name and the font size from the set of fonts installed on a computer. It's possible to display different sets of fonts (raster, TrueType, and so on) according to specified attributes.
