Toolbar font combo box and font size combo box buttons

Toolbar font combo box and font size combo box buttons extend the regular toolbar combo box button.

These controls allow selection of a font face name and the font size from the set of fonts installed on a computer. It's possible to display different set of fonts (raster, TrueType and so on) according to specified attributes.
