Explorer style Toolbar

The CBCGPExplorerToolBar class implements a special toolbar with Internet Explorer/Windows Explorer style. The following features are provided:

• Built-in Navigation Buttons ("Home", "Back", "Forward" and "Up")
• Built-in history menu button
• Built-in "Home" button
• Built-in "Refresh" and "Stop" buttons
• Support for DWM
