User-defined icon editing

This feature allows to associate user-defined icons with toolbar buttons.

For the icons in the raster format (.bmp or .png), you can use our simple icon editor.

If user-defined icons are vector (.svg), you can launch any external (3-rd party) SVG icons editor using a special API.
