Toolbar Customization Dialog

Customization dialog is a modeless dialog box (property sheet) that allows the full customization of application toolbars, menus, keyboard, mouse, user-defined tools and provides some additional options for managing the application look and feel.

"Commands" tab: user can drag a command and drop it into any toolbar/menu:
